You Can Own a TV Famous Treehouse

There is a beautiful 10-acre gated estate for sale in Fall City and it could be yours for $2,690,000. No doubt the home in the woods is an absolute stunner, but the unique addition high in the tree in the backyard makes this property extra special.

If you are a fan of Animal Planet’s hit TV show Treehouse Masters you might recognize this Apres Ski-House Treehouse that was featured on season six. The treehouse sleeps four and has a secluded master bedroom that is hidden behind a secret door. It has a wet bar behind a ladder that goes up to the kids’ loft. There is a see-through fireplace that looks out to the deck and tree branches outside. High ceilings and exposed rafters make this treehouse feel like a ski lodge. There’s even a composting toilet in an outhouse nearby. The entire estate is listed by The Brazens at Windermere in Bellevue. Managing broker, Joseph Brazen, said the treehouse cost about $250,000 to build and the owner created it for special family time – they are big skiing fans. Take a video tour of the home – which also features a sports court, terraces on every level, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, theater room, 648 bottle wine room and more – and of course the treehouse here.

The treehouse was built by Nelson Treehouse & Supply. The family behind that company also owns and operates TreeHouse Point in Fall City, a popular place for romantic getaways, weddings, family trips, and more. TreeHouse Point was created by Pete and Judy Nelson who had dreamed of having their own B&B. They bought the property in 2004 and shortly after started designing and building the treehouses. They later became more known thanks to the Animal Planet show. More about TreeHouse Point and other projects the Nelson family is working on here.
