Frozen Fountain Ice Rink

Point Ruston has partnered with CHI Franciscan to create theFrozen Fountain Ice Rink, a community oriented winter-wonderland with holiday music, hot chocolate, and festive lights. The rink will be open every day until Jan. 5, with extended skating hours over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Bring your family for wintertime fun, or book a private party for a holiday gathering at Point Ruston’s Grand Plaza. 

All Aboard The Polar Express

Hop aboard for a holly jolly trek to the North Pole on the Polar Express. After departing the Chehalis-Centralia Railroad & Museum, passengers will be provided with cocoa and cookies as they embark on their trip and await Santa, who will join the train for its return. Don’t forget to come dressed in pajamas, just like in the famous children’s book. Departures begin on Nov. 22 and continue through Dec 22. Tickets are available online.

‘Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Christmas Carol’

Written by Seattle-based playwright John Longenbaugh and directed by Aaron Lamb, Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Christmas Carol tells the story of Sherlock Holmes meeting three unexpected callers on Christmas Eve, who uncover clues from Holmes’ past, present, and future. The play launches at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 at the State Theater, and will be performed throughout the holiday season, including special nights like ladies night out, pride night, and a pay what you can performance. Tickets are available online.
