New Airport Pop-Up 

Local chef Kathy Casey is bringing a new pop-up Shot Bar to the Seattle-Tacoma airport. At this quick-serve, socially distanced counter, passengers can order chilled spirits to go. Shot Bar is the first of its kind to open at a U.S. airport. It’s also the newest edition of Casey restaurants in the airport; others include Rel’Lish Burger Lounge, Lucky Louie Fish Shack, and Dish D’Lish.
