Incline Cider House, a family-owned and -operated tavern in downtown Tacoma, is having regular “First Fridays” for rotating food trucks and new cider releases. Visit the Olympia South Bay Dance Company on Sunday for some safe-to-eat cookie dough. The Sugar and Spoon Cookie Dough pop-up truck, which will be making a stop there, uses no eggs and heat-treated flour, so you can finally eat dough straight from the jar. Wine and Tapas at Boccata

On Friday, April 15, Join Boccata Restaurant in Centralia for a night of Spanish wine-tasting. Enjoy some authentic Tapas specially paired to complement the wines. Wines will be priced at $6.50/glass or $3.50/half pour and the Tapas plates. For more information, visit Boccata’s website.
