The Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal, Inc., management of CenturyLink Field, partnered with the local chef to establish four new restaurant concession stands on the stadium’s club level featuring dishes from Howie’s Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar and Beardslee Public House and Brewery.

“We are thrilled to be part of the CenturyLink Field team and look forward to delivering our unique and tasty offerings to the guests at CenturyLink.” Howie said in a statement.

Fans of seafood will enjoy the game day fare from the Seastar stands which will feature sushi with Northwest Dungeness crab and Ahi tuna; a Thai seafood salad with shrimp, calamari, and octopus; fish and chips from wild caught Mahi Mahi or halibut (depending on the season); as well as a hot, creamy clam chowder with sea clams, bacon, and red potatoes to keep warm on chilly game days. Additionally, Seastar will serve Beaver Bait Blonde and Greenleaf IPA from the Beardslee brand.

Football fanatics that seek heartier fare will most likely opt for the Beardslee stand which will feature an array of burgers and other comfort foods including the brand’s ultimate bacon cheese burger. This robust burger has bacon mixed right in with the ground beef, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and house-made Canadian bacon. Beardslee also features a brewing grain pretzel served with smoked Gouda cheese sauce; a Creole potato salad; as well as a craisin Cole slaw. Additionally, the brand will feature their Knuckle Boom ESB and Greenleaf IPA craft beers.

Everyone knows the best part of game day is the food, but fans looking to stay healthy can stop by one of the venue’s Grab & Go concession stands to grab one of Howie’s fresher options including kale or Greek quinoa salads, jalapeno IPA hummus, and Spanish beer nuts.

Dishes will be available for purchase during all Seahawks home games, Sounders FC home games, as well as most concerts and events held at the venue.
