Pet of the Week: Jericho

Meet Jericho.

Jericho is a handsome, brindle pittie mix who is around 7 years old. He’s a happy, loving dog who is sure to make people fall for him wherever he goes.

His favorite time is definitely snuggle time, and he enjoys as many pets and cuddles with his best friends as possible. If he isn’t curled up on his bed, or with his favorite people, he loves to play. Jericho enjoys fetch and settling down with his favorite toys for a good chew-session.

Pet of the WeekJericho spent some time in foster care, and his foster parent report that he is housebroken and a very sweet boy. In addition to being a big hunk of love, Jericho is also smart and loves to work for treats. He knows all kinds of cool tricks, like sit, shake, and down.

Sometimes he’s nervous with strangers, so he would do best in a quiet household without a lot of visitors and no children under the age of 10. His ideal home has a securely fenced-in yard, and is not an apartment. Jericho would love to find his forever snuggle buddy — could it be you?

Jericho is currently in foster; to make arrangements to meet with him please email kbritton@kitsap-humane.org to request and adoption application.

Learn more about him on his adoption page.
