Meet Hinze, this week’s Pet of the Week. Hinze is a handsome 9-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a fun-loving and quirky personality.
Hinze is such a good boy and knows a lot of awesome tricks like sit, stay, and come. He also likes to love up on his humans and will cuddle up to you and wag his little tail to show you just how much he loves you.
Although Hinze is a friendly pup, he can be a bit nervous in new situations and may take some time to warm up to his new surroundings. Because of this, he will need a quiet and patient adopter that understands his conflicted behavior around new people and new situations, someone to give him the chance to learn and grow into being the confident, loving, and silly boy that he actually is.
Hinze would do best in a home (no apartments please) with no small children, kiddos are a little too unpredictable for his liking and he will need a fenced in yard to play in for some privacy from strangers. Hinze is a wiggly, fun, and loving pup that just cannot wait to leave shelter life behind him! Do you have the love, patience, and kindness that this boy deserves? If so, come on down to meet Hinze today!
Kitsap Humane Society is a private, nonprofit animal shelter that rescues and rehomes more than 6,000 pets every year. The Silverdale-based organization has a “lives saved” rate of over 95 percent, and never euthanizes an animal due to lack of space. In addition to caring for and adopting animals, Kitsap Human Society also provides spay/neuter services to low income residents of Kitsap County and Animal Rescue and Enforcement services to surrounding municipalities.
