The winter season of the Olympia Farmers Market will be in full swing starting Saturday, Jan. 2, offering fresh and healthy seasonal produce options, along with an opportunity to support local growers and small businesses within the community.
Find a vast array of regionally sourced winter farm goods, pasture-fed meats, dairy items, and mixed fruits and vegetables at the downtown waterfront venue as they continue to follow state COVID-19 guidance.
Peruse a number of popular vendors, featuring specialty artisan food items like sauerkraut, fresh preserves, charcuterie, spirits, and seafood, as well as homemade baked confections.
Guests also will discover a wide selection of handmade jewelry, crafts, wood creations, art, and many more great finds provided by local merchants.
Shoppers have the option to buy online and collect items in a contact-free manner during the Saturday market. Typically, orders must be placed by the Thursday before. For example, orders can be placed up until Thursday, Dec. 31 for pick-up at this Saturday’s market.
The year-round Olympia Farmers Market has been going strong since 1975 and is available on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. through March. It will resume its regularly scheduled season in April.
