Mocktails from Talking Rain

Grapefruit Elderflower Spritz

1 can Talking Rain Grapefruit

1/2 oz. elderflower syrup

2 oz. grapefruit juice

1/2 oz. vanilla syrup

1 rosemary sprig

1 grapefruit wedge

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine elderflower syrup, grapefruit juice and vanilla syrup. Shake until cold. Strain into an ice-filled glass, and add desired amount of Talking Rain Grapefruit. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice, and serve.

Blackberry Thyme Smash

1 can Talking Rain Peach Nectarine

2 oz. whiskey (optional) 

¼ cup blackberries

2 peach slices

1 lemon

1 thyme sprig

¾ oz. simple syrup

1 cup frozen berries

Fill a lowball glass with crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries and peach slices. Add ice, lemon juice from whole lemon, thyme sprig, simple syrup, and whiskey (optional). Shake, strain over crushed ice in glass, and add desired amount of Talking Rain Peach Nectarine. Garnish with frozen berries, and serve.

Northwest Mule

4 oz. Talking Rain Lemon Lime

1½ oz. vodka (optional)

1 oz. simple syrup

¼ tsp ginger bitters

1 lime

Fill a copper mug with ice to chill. Combine vodka (optional), simple syrup, bitters, and juice from ½ lime. Top with desired amount of Talking Rain Lemon Lime. Stir, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Summertime Punch 

4 oz. Talking Rain Peach Nectarine

1½ oz. rum (optional)

3 slices apple 

3 slices peach 

1 oz. lemon juice 

In a cocktail shaker, muddle apple and peach. Add lemon juice and rum, then shake. Strain mixture over an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a peach slice, then serve.
