Honey’s Healthy Hive

University Place has a sweet spot you may not have stumbled upon — a honey bee farm. Honey’s Healthy Hive has been dedicated to saving all pollinators since 2016. Owner Becca Clark uses sustainable practices that don’t harm the environment and make for batches of honey so delicious and ethically made that you’ll never go back to store-bought.

Beyond the edible honey Clark harvests with her husband and four sons — which you might have enjoyed if you’ve ever been to Tibbitts@Fernhill, Bliss Small Batch Creamery, or The Blue Octopus Champagne and Art Gallery — Honey’s Healthy Hive also offers herb bundles, lip balms, lotions, bath soak pouches, fresh eggs, and more. Customers rave about the elderberry honey and the infused honeys with turmeric, cinnamon, cacao, or vanilla mixed in.

Stop by the farm to check out the products and to meet Clark and her family, who pride themselves on their friendly customer service and small family-business feel.
