Shop Fresh at Farmers Markets
Farmers markets are considered essential, like grocery stores, and some have opened or are planning on opening soon. However, shopping will be a bit of a different experience with the new rules in place to help protect everyone from COVID-19: Social distancing will be enforced, crowd sizes will be monitored and controlled, and vendors will be spaced apart. Plus, sanitizing stations will be available. More on markets here.
Color, Win Cash, and Give Back
Obee Credit Union is highlighting the Washington State Color-for-Cash contest. Not only can adults have fun coloring, but you can win cash prizes and help local food banks at the same time. Learn how to enter here.
Go Local for Moms
Mother’s Day is fast approaching — May 10 — and you can shop local online and support your favorite small businesses by sending mom (or a mom-like lady in your life) a great gift. Check out our favorite local shops here.
Share Your Joy
