Natives reestablishes the connection between bonsai and their natural habitat, pairing them with dramatic American landscape paintings by contemporary artist Iuna Tinta. Hear the coyotes of the Badlands. Taste the salty air of the Oregon coast. Stand among the great Redwoods. Immerse yourself in the richness, diversity and beauty of American bonsai. Featuring bonsai by artists who have championed the use of native species – Elser, Hagedorn, Knight, Neil, Robinson – and the trees of Pacific Bonsai Museum.
