A Food Webisode Series for Tacoma

The City of Tacoma has launched a delicious webisode series featuring some of Tacoma’s top chefs and restaurants. Think Netflix’s Chef’s Table for Tacoma. Inspired Palates: The Creative Canvas of Food & Drink in Tacoma is a collaboration between the city’s Media and Communications Office and the Community and Economic Development Department. According to the city’s website, the series “provides insight into emerging culinary trends in Tacoma, a city where authenticity inspires creativity, innovation and progress.”

The first webisode series was on Chef Hudson Slater at Marrow Kitchen + Bar. The second episode features Tacoma resident and local chef Vathunyu “Yu” Nanakornphanom of Indo Asian Street Eatery.
