3 to See: Week of Mar. 7

‘Pinkalicious: The Musical’

Have you ever eaten so many pink cupcakes that you literally turned pink? Yeah, we didn’t think so, but parents who have young daughters know exactly what we’re talking about, because this sweet tale just happens to be the plot of the best-selling children’s book, Pinkalicious. If your little ones are fans, bring them out to the Washington Center Main Stage in Olympia this Sunday for Pinkalicious: The Musical. Tickets are available online.

Military-Connected Career and Networking Event

Calling all veterans: Looking for an opportunity to connect with other veterans in the local community while enjoying a brew at 7 Seas in Tacoma? Minority Veterans of America will be hosting a career and networking event from 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday for veterans. During which attendees will have the opportunity to meet local employers, learn about veteran services, and connect with veteran-friendly businesses.

CatVideoFest 2019

There are few things quite as cathartic as spending hours watching pointless and hilarious cat videos on YouTube. Possibly, watching those same cat videos on the big screen might compare. This annual CatVideoFest offers several showings — beginning on March 13 and running through early April — of new, curated videos at The Grand Cinema in Tacoma. We dare you not to LOL.
