3 to See: Week of Apr. 4

Red Bull Homerun

Skiers and spectators alike are going to love this race and après-ski party at Crystal Mountain presented by Red Bull. On April 6, participants will start together in a mass uphill sprint to strap in your boots and then race through a marked course to the finish line. The victors go the spoils in the form of trophies, passes, and a Red Bull prize pack. Not a speed demon? Prizes also will be given for the best costumes. Participants can register online.

IKEA Spring Break

If you’re like us, sometimes it’s fun to go to IKEA just to walk around and ogle cute décor and test out comfy furniture. Oh, and let’s not forget those Swedish meatballs and soft serve ice cream. As if you didn’t need another reason to visit, here’s another, from April 8-12, IKEA is hosting a spring break event with interactive activities and make-and-take workshops. Decorate a plate, pot a plant, and try your hand at spin art.
