Take Dad to the Washington Brewer’s Festival
We know Redmond’s Marymoor Park is a bit of a hike, but it will be worth it for the annual Washington Brewer’s Festival. This year, there will be more than 500 beers from 110 Washington breweries. The festival begins tomorrow and runs through Sunday, so get some tickets for you and your dad or the father figure in your life, and enjoy all our Evergreen state has to offer in the beer industry. Tickets include a tasting glass and 10 tasting tokens.
Dad and Me Father’s Day Floats
If you’re more likely to opt for root beer instead of an alcoholic brew, consider this event, which incidentally is a little closer to home. From 1 to 4 p.m. this Saturday, the Haggen Food & Pharmacy in Auburn’s Lakeland Hills neighborhood will be hosting aDad and Me Father’s Day Float event. During this free event, dads and their little ones will get to build their own ice cream float and take home a photo keepsake.
Puyallup’s Meeker Days
Puyallup might be most well-known as the home of the Washington State Fair, but only slightly less well-known for its Meeker Days Festival. Now in its 80th year, this three-day music and arts festival hosted by the Puyallup Main Street Association and held in downtown Puyallup has become a well-loved city tradition. Beginning tomorrow and running through Sunday, the festival will include three music stages, two food courts, beer and wine gardens, more than 200 craft vendors, countless educational exhibits, and more.
