3 to See: A Cider Taste-Test, a Caribbean Concert, and a Drive-In Airshow

First Taste Friday

If you’re feeling inclined to eat some good food and try new ciders this week, stop by Incline Cider House in Tacoma Friday, July 2. Be the first to taste the new July lineup of ciders and chow down on food from the Seoul Bowl Korean BBQ truck. Also be sure to check out the business’ Independence-Day weekend festivities.

Reggae Rocks

Wanting to hear some local music? Look no further than the fifth Music Mill Summer Sunday Series. This week’s iteration features the Dub Collective, a two-person reggae band started during the pandemic. Dance along to these Caribbean beats from 2-7 p.m. at West Central Park in Olympia this Sunday before Fourth of July fireworks.

Entertainment Above, Tailgating Below

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Gig Harbor’s 10th annual Wings and Wheels Air Show! This year, the air show invites the whole family to enjoy the event drive-in style July 3-4. The show, held at Tacoma Narrows Airport, will section off tailgating space where attendees can watch in awe as military and civilian planes zoom by overhead.
