Now Accepting Nominations for Doctors Making a Difference

It’s easy to overlook the vital role doctors play in people’s lives. Their work is almost always done behind closed doors, in one-on-one settings with confidential outcomes. And rightfully so. But we don’t think the only time doctors should be on your mind is when you need them. The annual Doctors Making a Difference featuer will be in the December/January issue of South Sound . The piece will highlight South Sound leaders in medicine who go above and beyond the call of duty.

Does your doctor fit the bill? Do you know a medical professional who works or lives on the South Sound that makes a difference in their local or global community? We'd like to hear about him or her. Log in and nominate a doctor who makes a difference on the comments below. We are also accepting nominations for other medical proefessionals (nurses, dentists, etc) for this feature. Share your nominations in your social media circles, and have them vote on your submissions.
